GCF Terms of Reference

Following the Joint Office becoming responsible for managing the Gas Customer Forum, members approved the attached Terms of Reference.  This included agreeing a standard agenda which is now followed at each meeting.  Comments on these Terms of Reference would be welcome at any time and should be sent to enquiries@gasgovernance.com.
