Overview

The Modification Panel is established within the UNC Modification Rules. The Panel takes decisions on the way in which Modification Proposals should proceed through the modification process, and makes a recommendation as to whether each Proposal should be implemented. While additional meetings are arranged to deal with specific issues, the main Panel meeting is held on the third Thursday of each month. Tim Davis is the Chairman, and Julian Majdanski the Panel Secretary. 

The Panel consists of ten voting members - five representing Shippers and five representing Transporters. Non-voting members are also entitled to attend Panel meetings, including Ofgem and energywatch representatives. Panel members can be contacted by emailing:
